Measuring Spheres
For spherical measurements we offer workshop interferometers in different versions. Depending on their size, the measuring towers are equipped with either an Inspect Mini ELF digital or with a Zygo GPI interferometer module. Of course, we also offer µShape OWI, a fringe analysis software with phase shifter as an optional extra, or for retrofitting.
