Measuring Plano Optics
For measuring plano optics, we offer our OWI 50 Plan, OWI 150 Plan and our new OWI 300 Plan. The interferometers are equipped with either an Inspect Mini ELF digital or with a Zygo GPI interferometer module. Of course, we also offer µShape OWI, a fringe analysis software with phase shifter as an optional extra, or for retrofitting.
